Yard signs are a crucial element to the selling process.  It advertises that your home is for sale and provides contact information for prospective buyers to contact your agent.  I use highly visible, full-height signs to catch Buyers' attention.  I also use the latest in hotline technology to capture potential Buyers' information and increase the number of showings on your home.

Internet Exposure
The day of print advertising is diminishing daily.  The Internet is the most powerful tool for marketing a home.  We make sure that your property is exposed to all of the major real estate websites and that the virtual tours and color photos are easily accessed.  Professional virtual tours and high quality pictures are a must to showcase the significant features of a home.

Direct Mail And Flyer Campaigns
Even though there has been a heavy shift to Internet marketing, I still feel that I want to have all of our bases covered through some traditional print advertising.  I will perform periodic direct mail campaigns to your direct neighborhood to make sure everyone knows your home is for sale in case they know someone who wants to move into the area.  I will also target the top producing agents in your area and will make sure they have all of the information on your home.

Homes Illustrated Magazine
I will place a full-color custom ad on your home in the popular and widely distributed Homes Illustrated Magazine.  This ad will run from the day your home is listed until the day it is sold.  My hotline and Buyer tracking technology is also used in the magazine ads to increase response and feedback.

Multiple Listing Service
Most homes that are sold have been listed on the local Multiple Listing Service (“MLS”)   Realtors® belong to the MLS and list and find homes through this source.  Many websites get their information from data provided by the MLS and buyers have access to this information.

Buyer Showings
All showings are scheduled and coordinated by my Centralized Showing Service.  Our system automatically asks for feedback from each showing.  We make this feedback immediately available to you so you know what prospective buyers think about your home.  The showing log and feedback is also posted on a password protected website so you can review our progress and buyer suggestions anytime day or night.

Security
I know that security is an issue to you and we use only Electronic Keyboxes that can be programed to allow access only at certain times.  The system also tracks anyone that accesses your home.  Only licensed Realtors® are allowed to show your property when you are at work or away from home.
